Pastors Jay and Debbie Eberly minister the Word, flow with the Holy Spirit and impart a spirit of faith through meetings and conferences held throughout the United States and worldwide. They bring people into encounters with God--empowering them to live always victorious through the spirit of faith! They both have a special healing anointing for the sick and a divine call to plant churches, start Bible schools and raise up ministers worldwide in these last days.

Jay Eberly

Pastor Jay is the founder of Jay Eberly Ministries (JEM). He and his wife, Debbie, travel extensively throughout the United States and overseas, bringing a supply to the fullness of this last great move of God through ministering the Word and flowing with the Holy Spirit.

Pastor Jay is the Senior Pastor of both Spirit of Faith Family Church-CR, a growing and thriving body of believers in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Spirit of Faith Family Church-KC, a church that was started in October 2023 by the Eberlys in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. He is licensed and ordained through Dufresne Ministries. Pastor Jay has celebrated over 39 years in the ministry. Integrity in life and ministry is the hallmark of his life.

His walk with God began as a young boy. Early in his teenage years, he became a leader of revival in his high school. When he was 18 years old, he attended Rhema Bible Training Center, where he met his lovely wife-to-be, Debbie. Together they faithfully helped in many departments at Rhema Bible Church, and eventually taught and ministered in Kenneth Hagin Ministries Prayer and Healing School. From there, they were in the traveling ministry for 12 years pastoring.

Pastor Jay is the Senior Pastor of both Spirit of Faith Family Church-CR, a growing and thriving body of believers in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Spirit of Faith Family Church-KC, a church that was started in October 2023 by the Eberlys in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. He is licensed and ordained through Dufresne Ministries. Pastor Jay has celebrated over 37 years in the ministry. Integrity in life and ministry is the hallmark of his life.

Pastor Eberly also serves on the board of directors of Pastor Nancy Dufresne's Fresh Oil Fellowship ministerial organization, which mentors ministers around the world in the Word and the Spirit.

Debbie Eberly

Pastor Debbie's ministry is earmarked by a strong anointing to teach and preach. She boldly ministers on the message of healing and health and has a special healing ministry to the sick. She is known for her spiritual sensitivity, prophetic ministry by the Spirit and moving out in psalms, hymns and spiritual songs.

Pastor Debbie was born and raised in Kansas City, Kansas. In her teenage years, she had a tremendous experience with the Lord that set her on fire for God! She served faithfully in her local church in various helps ministry positions, including serving as a youth director at the young age of 19.

Pastor Debbie attended William Jewell College, Rhema Bible Training Center and Oral Roberts University, where she emphasized subjects such as medical missions, counseling and music ministry, and then eventually, she trained for the full-time, teaching-preaching ministry.
