In every need that arises in life, God offers His help. There are divine answers that come through hearing His voice. Yet many Christians struggle, not because God is silent, but because they haven’t been taught how to come to the place of hearing. It’s easy to bypass taking the time to get still and hear from God when the needs of life are demanding attention. As we grow spiritually, we must break the habit of doing something quickly to get relief and practice a lifestyle of taking the time to hear from God before we act--and experience victory! In this six-part teaching, Pastor Jay lays out how believers can break the pattern of forsaking the help God offers through hearing and make the journey from the busyness of the mind to the stillness of the heart where we hear from God. Listeners will learn how to value the voice of God, what hinders spiritual hearing, and how to tune your spirit to recognize divine instruction. Even in the midst of today’s busy world, believers can go to the place of stillness--where hearing comes through praise and worship, where they hear from God about their need, and get answers from heaven that will bring results they’ve never been able to produce on their own.
